the info does not explain it well enough to me. still confused. when does the .5 or 2x go into effect. is the suit based on the last card played or the symbol in opponents corner? does the card order matter? is it best to have flush? Need a tutorial perhaps--and less health or faster animations maybe--12 turns back n forth on the first match was a bit long. Great concept though.
Hello! Yeah all great questions, your deck determines your suit and the suit determines your type and thus the damage effectiveness. So the suit below your health and the opponents is the type. Ideally if this is followed, matches are quicker.
Unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time to make an in depth tutorial for the jam so if we revist the game, we will make sure to add that and make things more clear and fast paced. Glad you enjoyed the concept though!
Entertaining concept. Something to reference what drinks you have active while battling would be nice, along with a total damage displayed on the attack.
